Shipping policy
Where we ship from
All orders ship from our Australian stock in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Laser-engraved tags may add 1 to 2 business days. You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Australia
- Standard: $11, delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders of $100 or more.
- Express: $15, delivered in 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and can be longer for rural and remote areas.
New Zealand
- Standard international: $20 AUD (shown in NZD at checkout), estimated delivery 3 to 5 business days.
Any import duties or taxes charged by New Zealand Customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email info@findmypet.au with your order number (and photos of any damage) and we'll send a replacement or refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
